These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the DaylyMe mobile application (the "App") and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
You can delete your account from inside the App. Account deletion removes your account and associated data as described in the Privacy Policy.
DaylyMe provides daily quests, gamification features (such as XP, levels, and progress), and avatar customization. Some quests may require proof (such as a photo) to verify completion.
The Service may allow you to submit content such as nicknames, messages, and photos for quest verification ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content.
By submitting User Content, you grant the Operator a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and process your User Content solely to operate, provide, and improve the Service (for example, to verify quest completion and enable chat features).
Photo proofs are used for verification purposes and are not intended to be publicly shared by default.
The Service may include chat or social features. You agree not to use the Service to post, share, or transmit:
We may take action to protect users and the Service, including removing content or restricting access, where reasonably necessary (for example, in cases of abuse, fraud, or legal violations). Not all content is reviewed and we do not guarantee real-time moderation.
Some quests may use automated checks (including AI-based verification) to validate photo proofs. Verification may not be perfect, and results may be incorrect in some cases. The Service may reject a proof that does not meet requirements (for example, low quality, unclear photo, or mismatch with the quest).
Premium features may be offered through subscriptions. Subscriptions are processed by Apple In-App Purchases. Your purchase and subscription management (including cancellation) is handled through your Apple account settings.

You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account in the App. The Operator may suspend or terminate access to the Service for violations of these Terms, suspected fraud, or to protect the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". The Operator makes no warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always available.
DaylyMe is not a medical, health, or fitness professional service. Use the Service at your own discretion.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Slovakia, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will reflect the latest version. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
