This Privacy Policy explains how DaylyMe ("we", "our", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information
when you use the DaylyMe mobile application (the "App"). The App is currently available on iOS and may be
available on Android in the future.
1. Information We Collect
Account information
- Email address (used to create and access your account)
- Nickname (display name inside the App)
- Authentication data (for example, password hashes and security-related tokens)
App content and progress
- Quest progress, XP, levels, streaks, and activity stats created inside the App
- Avatar customization data (for example, selected clothing and accessories)
Photo proofs (quest verification)

If a quest requires photo proof, you can upload a photo for verification.
Photos are used only to verify quest completion using automated checks.
Notifications data

If you enable push notifications, we process a device notification token (provided by Apple Push Notification service)
to send reminders and app-related notifications.
Purchase information

If you purchase Premium or subscriptions, the payment is processed by Apple In-App Purchases.
We do not collect or store your full payment card details.
Tracking and advertising

We do not use third-party advertising SDKs and we do not sell your personal information.
We do not perform cross-app advertising tracking.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To create and manage your account
- To provide core features (quests, progress, XP, levels, avatar customization)
- To verify quest completion when you submit a photo proof (automated verification)
- To send notifications if you enable them
- To maintain security, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot issues
3. AI and Automated Verification
The App may use automated systems to verify photo proofs submitted for quests.
This processing is used only to confirm quest completion and improve the reliability of verification.
Note: If we use third-party service providers for automated verification or hosting, they are used under contractual
obligations to protect your data and only for the purposes described in this policy.
4. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information.
We may share limited information only in these cases:
- Service providers that help us operate the App (for example hosting, storage, automated verification, notifications)
- Apple for processing subscriptions and purchases through Apple In-App Purchases
- Legal reasons if required to comply with applicable laws or to protect rights and safety
5. Data Retention
We keep your information only as long as necessary to provide the App and its features.
If you delete your account inside the App, we will delete your account and associated data.
Some data may remain in backups for a limited period for security and reliability purposes, and will be removed in the normal backup cycle.
6. Your Rights and Choices
- You can access and update some account information inside the App
- You can delete your account directly inside the App
- You can disable notifications in the App settings or your device settings

If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you may have rights such as
access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, and data portability. You can contact us using the

7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information.
No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data.
8. Children
The App is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information,
please contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date will reflect the latest version.
