You can delete your DaylyMe account and associated data directly inside the app.
How to delete your account in the app
- Open the DaylyMe app.
- Go to
Settings.
- Tap
Delete account.
- Confirm the deletion.
After confirmation, your account deletion request is processed and your account will no longer be accessible.
Data that will be deleted
When you delete your account, we delete your account and data associated with it, including:
- Account data (email address, nickname, authentication-related data)
- App content and progress (quests progress, XP, levels, streaks, activity stats)
- Avatar customization data
- Photo proofs submitted for quest verification (if applicable)
- Notification token used for push notifications (if applicable)
Data retention (what may remain temporarily)
Some data may remain for a limited time for security, reliability, or legal reasons:
- Backups: may persist for a limited period and are removed in the normal backup cycle.
- Security and technical logs: may be kept for a limited period to prevent abuse and troubleshoot issues.
- Legal obligations: certain records may be retained if required by applicable law.
We do not sell your personal information.
